AMF Bowling has purchased Hollywood Bowl chain

Mitchells & Butlers (M&B) has sold its Hollywood Bowl business.  Pubs and restaurants group Mitchells & Butlers is selling its Hollywood Bowl tenpin bowling business to rival AMF Bowling for £39m ($62m).

AMF Bowling will add Hollywood Bowl's 24 sites to its existing 33 UK bowling centres.
